about me
I have lived, laughed, studied and worked in Liverpool all of my life. Besides playing in the world of pixels, the usual mix of music, books and humour are important in helping me juggle multiple projects.
education
My student days were spent experiencing the wonders of the Liverpool School of Art & Design.
I graduated in 2005 with First-Class Honours in Multimedia Arts from Liverpool John Moores University. Prior to that I dabbled with graphic design and illustration at St Helens College.
career to date
So far, it's been a pretty short professional career, beginning in 2006 with Rippleffect. In just three years I have developed from being a person wondering what on earth an <a> tag was, to someone well versed in XHTML and CSS.
my skills
As with all of my contemporaries, I have an ongoing relationship with the wonderful world of Adobe - Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Flash are the primary tools of my trade. Every website I create is bespoke XHTML/CSS design. I also like to champion the endless possibilities of interactive Flash design.
